Welcome to ProAllDev.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, digital platforms, and services related to full-cycle custom software development for businesses.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or engaging our services.
ProAllDev provides complete software development solutions, including consulting, design, engineering, deployment, and post-launch support. Each project is customized according to the client’s specific requirements.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging with us. Misrepresentation or misuse of the platform may result in suspension of services.
All content, design materials, source code, and documentation developed by ProAllDev remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a written agreement.
We may integrate third-party software or APIs within solutions. ProAllDev is not responsible for updates, licensing, or limitations of external tools beyond our control.
All data, project materials, and communications between ProAllDev and clients are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.
Payments for services must follow the invoicing schedule defined in the project agreement. Delayed or incomplete payments may pause ongoing work until resolved.
Project milestones and delivery timelines are provided during project planning. While we strive to meet all deadlines, adjustments may occur due to scope changes or external dependencies.
Clients are entitled to reasonable revisions as outlined in their project scope. Additional requests outside the original agreement may incur extra charges.
ProAllDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or developed software products.
All services are delivered with due care and professional standards. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute error-free performance of delivered solutions.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, clients will receive all deliverables completed up to the date of notice, in accordance with payment status.
Due to the nature of digital and customized development services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered if:
No project work has started, and cancellation occurs within 7 days of payment.
A service failure is demonstrated and validated by mutual agreement.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@proalldev.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Calgary, Alberta.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated effective date.
